It is the intention of the <strong>Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC)<\/strong>\u2018s Top Management to maintain compliance\/certification with the ISO 27001 Information Security Standard for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gulf Investment Corporation(GIC)<\/strong> has an obligation to its employees, suppliers and services providers to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets<\/li>\n<li>To ensure business continuity and minimise disruption to business functions by preventing and minimising the impact of security incidents<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate business improvement through the adoption of secure business practice and business management<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that all information controls are implemented to a repeatable and consistently high standard at the right time and at the right cost to the benefit of our customers and stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><strong>Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC)<\/strong> has agreed to adopt an Information Security Management system(ISMS) that complies with the ISO 27001:2013 Standard.
